The process was seamless from scheduling a time to scope out my requirements on site, sending me an estimate via email for my review and approval, submitting the application for the required city permits, scheduling a time onsite to do the work (he brought in a crew of 4 and project took 1/2 day), meeting with the city inspector which was approved immediately, and invoicing with email receipt upon payment. I was referred by a coworker and let me tell you how happy I was that I found them. First I contacted them about installing a EV charger and I am glad I did because they helped me make a right decision as far as what capacity charger to buy. Scheduled an initial consultation which went very well and told them about the model I wanna buy (juicebox 48), sent them the specs sheet. The day of installation they showed up promptly spent about 3 hours. The scope of work was pretty big as they needed to work on my electrical panel and wire about 50 feet to get it to my desired location. The job was very well and professionally done. They even made me a nice laminated map for my breakers in my panel. Great idea because the black markers ware off. Once again I wanna thank everyone in the company and highly recommend them for any electrical work you may have. I took one picture of the charger but that doesn’t do justice on the amount of work that was done.

We asked for a quote to fix a simple electric problem in our condo. They said they would send 2 techs out to take a look and charge $95/hour per tech, and charge for a minimum of 4 hours. $760 minimum to fix a light fixture? That's basically a scam.
