We were very fortunate that Alex was able to fit us in to his already booked Saturday to fix damaged wiring in our home. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem! We then discussed several other electrical installation jobs I need done in the near future. He took the time to listen and offer great suggestions. My main panel was burned. I called Express and Alex showed up in less than 1 hour and gave me a few options to fix the panel. I had him change everything inside the panel. Surprisingly he had all parts and material in his van, and finished all work the same day. And this was on a Sunday! He didn't charge xtra for the weekend call. Fantastic job! We had SDS service some time ago at a different house. This time SDS again responded promptly on a Sunday and an electrician (Josh) came over the next day. The repair was explained to us clearly and then completed timely.
