Honestly, it was the technician that made this service so enjoyable. He was friendly, warm, and a pleasure to have around. He made sure to explain everything including why my plugs didn't work and what's needed to fix them. Raul answered all of my questions and we had a great conversation during his time here. I have no problem paying a little extra for great service because I've had some really shady companies come out who were cheap but I find more often than not, cheap prices gets you cheap service. Will definitely use them again.

We're so glad we found Steve. Our power had been coming on and off for a day, no clue why. We were worried it was soemtinng expensive and time consuming. Steve was able to come over almost right away. He is warm and personable. He knew exactly what he wanted to see and didn't waste any time with chit chat. Called this company bc it said it was on Beverly Blvd. When I called, they said they’re located in the Valley. So didn’t like the misleading ad plus the dispatcher didn’t know why that was.
