I called Fox Service to come out to take a look at our A/C unit that was making a strange sound as well as leaking water. I was told a timeframe between2-6. I received a call within minutes, saying our rep could arrive in 30 mins. Scott Bandy was our service rep and couldn’t have been friendlier. He quickly diagnosed the issues at hand and provided solutions. Scott ran through initial pricing and allowed me to process everything while he went to his truck to get his tools. Upon his return he provided me with a promo Fox was running that would saved us over 50%. We accepted the promo and Scott quickly went to work. He finished in a timely manner, fixing the issues at hand. Scott went out of his way to ensure we had a positive experience, and even assisted us with a quick, “non” A/C issue.
