Best Tesla Charging Station in Austin TX

We purchased a house and needed a couple of electrical issues checked out. I saw all of the overwhelmingly positives reviews on various review sites, so decided to give Grayzer Electric a try. The electrician who came out was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job. I'll definitely use these guys again if I need anything in the future!

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.
