Gilbert and his apprentice Mason came today to repair several issues at my house. They are a really great team who installed a bathroom fan / heater, removed a 240v microwave for service, repaired a wiring problem that restored power to bathroom lights and Jacuzzi tub and more. We planned a future call to repair under cabinet kitchen lighting, install a new fan in the kitchen and replace a bathroom fan. Gilbert is a pro a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Grounded ATX. I had two jobs performed by them. The first job was to move an electrical outlet from one location to another. The second job was to install a generator plug for my generator. Both jobs were performed in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable for a Master Electrician with many years of service in the field.

We had an electrical emergency and as a food truck that can literally destroy a weekend of service and be very costly. The service we got from ATX Electrical was beyond our expectations! They came out within the hour and got us repaired and back in business before service started, saving our day and a catering event, and our electrician even came back a few hours into our service just to make sure things were still on. 5 stars because they won’t let us give them more than that!

This company seems very unprofessional. A friend just bought a house and they were hired for a job, they rescheduled twice on her and didn't even show up on time when they did come, I know this because she is my neighbor and co worker so I offered to help her with the new house. Seems like the lady in charge here has been very rude as well as unprofessional, my friend specified the times she was available as this costed time off of work. When she wote a bad review the company blamed her instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes that were made on their part. A simple apology about timing issues probably could have sufficed but instead she was very rude about it, like I said very unprofessional. My husband & I need work done as well but needless to say we will be going with someone else.

I called Remedy Electric to work on some outlets in the kitchen of a home my clients are buying. Remedy Electric started the work quickly, arrived on time, and gave me an exact price. You do not find that these days. Mike was very knowledgeable and knew exactly What to do. He was in and out quickly. Neal and his team did a great job in getting out electrical system back in order! We had a lot of flickering lights and power issues. I noticed the electrical panels were still original to the home (early 80's) and asked him to replace them. He did that, got everything labeled, and also took care of a busted up dimmer switch for no extra charge! Would recommend him.
