TruTec will be swapping out some light fixture for us in our office, and so far they have been fantastic. Our initial contact with Mari, their customer service rep, sealed the deal for us. She was helpful, professional and very prompt in returning our calls. Our technician, Daniel A., arrived on time, assessed the issue quickly and provided a clear quote for the job. We shall continue to use them for any further work.

Great service at a fair price from a solid professional. Doesn't hurt that he's great to talk to as well! Scheduling can be difficult since he's in such high demand, but it's clearly for a reason. If you have the time to schedule in advance, these are the guys for you.

From my experience with this company do not trust them when they advertise on their website for a free quote. We ended up paying $79.00 for a trip fee for the tech to come out and give us the free quote. Aside from that the tech was courteous and professional and his van has a great paint scheme on the side.

Browne sent a representative named Laura to survey the work requested. She was on time and professional. She created a clear proposal with multiple options.Adam came to perform the work. He was on time, professional, polite, worked diligently and communicated effectively. He was careful not to track anything inside the house and he cleaned up each work area.

Jonathan was, hands-down, the best home repair/tradesperson we have ever worked with in over 30 years of homeownership. When we had a near electrical fire because of a much-outdated breaker panel in our 1922 house and Jonathan found out about our situation, he began managing our project at a moment's notice. While larger companies were wanting to set up appointments for the future, Jonathan immediately understood the emergency nature of our problem and instantly engaged with our project with photos and questions. He proceeded to coordinate the permits needed with the city and the energy department right away, and he even drove to the city office in person to move our work along faster when city office workers didn't return his calls. He communicated clearly about the process every step of the way; he was efficient and on time; and he was a strong advocate for our emergency project with the horrible bureaucracy that is the City of Austin. I see a lot of good reviews on there, and I'm sure they're true. I hope my experience was an anomaly, but this review can't come as a surprise for Bryant Electric. I recently bought a house with aluminum wiring and contacted them to fix the switches and outlets to make them safer with aluminum. The technician was told by a supervisor to replace all the outlets with GFCI outlets. I agreed to this, because they are the electricians after all and I have zero electrical training. After the work was done, I ran a simple google search about using GFCIs with aluminum wiring and found that it was a completely inappropriate solution. I contacted Bryant and they admitted to the mistake and blamed it on a poorly qualified supervisor. They had to come out a second day and fix their mistake, but if it wasn't for me double checking their work, the error would have gone unnoticed. The sad part about it is that I still do not feel 100% confident in the work that was done given all the mistakes, but I cannot afford to have another electrician double check their work. I'm giving them 2 stars because they were punctual, friendly, and communicative, but I really would have just preferred the job be done correctly in the first place.

Irvin and his crew gave excellent service. We had several light fixtures, switches and outlets that needed to be installed/replaced during a recent remodel. They did such a great job that we will continue to call on them as we tackle more renovations. Very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

By all measures these folks excelled! Rarely do I give a 5-star rating, but TES and all the employees I encountered, were knowledgeable, friendly, willing to explain what was needed and why, timely, reasonable charges.

I used RS Electric to install new interior lighting on our home. They were great communicators and they arrived promptly to get the job done. They were able to get our lighting installed quickly and we’re even nice enough to check if we needed any additional electric help while they were there.
