Luis was great, he replaced my faulty GFCI in no time at all and informed me of different ways I could protect my home from future lightning strikes. He also patiently responded to all of my questions. For a fairly reasonable rate too. Would recommend!

I had a lot of work done by this team (Francisco and Zach), and am extremely pleased with work they did. They organized all the permits with Austin energy and coordinated a date to get the main panel switched out, updated with ground rods, surge protector and fully brought to code. They turned up exactly on time both days - one day to install the main panel and another to install a sub panel in the garage and a Tesla charger out front. The install was incredibly tidy, and I don’t think it would have been possible to find anyone that could have done a better job. I would not hesitate to get this company to do any electrical jobs for me in the future.

Brighthouse Electric ROCKS! I needed some can lighting done in my kitchen. However, I didn’t know any other details that I needed to provide,( except that I wanted this work completed.) They took complete care of me and even worked with my schedule. I asked off work for the day they were scheduled to come, but my job needed me last minute. I called Mendy, the owner, and she was quick to reschedule me to my next day off. She was kind and worked around my schedule. Austin was the tech that came to my house and he was as polite as can be. If you’re needing a job in electrical Alterman electric should be your first choice. They are awesome in everything they do as they inspect everything after they are complete to assure perfection.
