My first service call with Dial One Electric was handled by Jonathan - He was very efficient, knowledgeable, competent, kind, courteous and considerate...I had what seemed to be a complexed issue that Jonathan navigated like a 'Pro'. I really appreciated how he even took time to train me on how do do a couple of things to save money. I particularly appreciated how he easily assumed that I would be capable of things he trained me to do. A M A Z I N G Service.I've told all my friends, now I want to tell the world.A limb fell on my power lines. I called Bowne. They sent someone out within an hour. He called the city, got the permit, fixed the problem, got the inspection and left still smiling. And, after seeing the bill, I'M STILL SMILING.I will never use another electrician. GREAT JOB!!!

Great customer service, they show when they say they will. The electricians very knowledgeable and know there stuff. The staff in there showroom go out of there way to give the best customer service. I guess that's why they have been the only electrician I've used for the last 10 years and will continue to call them when needed.

I have never used this business, nor would I use it in the future. They are receiving this bad review because of their habit of TAILGATING on the highway. I was going 47 in a 45 mph hour zone and they left a good one inch between us, very unsafe. Then a school zone came up and I slowed down to 30, again, they were riding my bumper and decided to just switch lanes and speed in a school zone. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone if it means putting other drivers at risk for their impatient driving. Recommendation: Put your drivers back in driving school to learn how much distance to leave between you and the car in front of you.
