I was referred to Klock's Electric by a homeowner's group that I'm a part of. I'm a serious DIY'er, but I had a few things that I could not figure out in my house. Some outlets stopped working, a light fixture I installed (after installing a few of the same) would not turn on, and some small things. Lance came by and had me fixed up in less than an hour! They were so nice about everything, so polite. If I need any electrical work done in the future, I know who I'm calling!

Molitor has worked on several projects for us, and performed all with the upmost professionalism, expertise, and efficiency. They installed dozens of new light fixtures when we first moved onto our current home, installed a new breaker panel, and have done a variety of maintenance and repair projects. They are highly experienced electricians with an enormous amount of institutional knowledge. They do things by the book, crossing i’s and dotting t’s, but are also creative and adaptable to a client’s wants or budget constraints. They take pride in their high level of craft and the attention to detail they give each project. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Good guys, came up to round rock to troubleshoot some outlet/switch problems. Had it fixed in no time.

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.
