I was an employee for all of 12 days i was hired to be a warehouse manager, i was interviewed 2 times the 2nd interview was two and a half hours long with a senior VP. at which time i told them i had virtually no computer experience.They said we pride ourselves on training !!!!!!So when they made me a offer of employment i accepted.The man that was to train me was the warehouse manager who was being moved to a feild position anyway the first 6 days he had me work on the prefab crew and said he would show me the computer part of the job when my computer came in. On the 7th day around 1 a supervisor pulled me aside and said THAT I WASNT PROGRESSING FAST ENOUGH AND MOVED ME TO A JOB SITE WHERE I WAS HARRASSED UNTIL I QUIT

The Technican who came out was very efficient in troubleshooting the problem. It was obvious he knew his trade and answered ever question in a way we could understand.

Had Luis install NEMA 14-50 in our garage for an EV charger and an outlet in the bathroom. His quote was the best and his is customer service is top notch. He's also a really nice guy and will work around your schedule.Edit: We moved this past year and had Luis install another NEMA 14-50 for our EV charger. He also installed the wiring for our new hot tub and swapped a couple ceiling fans for us. Again, his customer service is outstanding. He will always be go-to guy for anything electrical.

The owner Shane Flores and his crew did an amazing job with my whole home automation system. Their knowledge and experience is what sets these guys apart. I would Highly recommend them and will be using them for all my A/V needs in the future. Outstanding!

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.

Clint, Shawn, and Cory did a fabulous job replacing and upgrading the mast and breaker box at our house. They were punctual, neat, and willing to go beyond what it takes to make everything right. Highly recommended!

You cannot be young, licensed and talented, service management will immediately see you as a threat. Your English and communication skills cannot be above par, service management will see you as a threat. Couple notes of prejudice. Write ups are indiscriminately given. All in all they didn’t want to see a young black kid at the top of the food chain, we’re out of all the members there I was 1 of the most qualified.

They arrived on time, took care of the problem quickly and easily. I will call them again if I need something.

There customer service is good and they offer a 4 year warranty. Because of some hiccups I am having a hard time getting my rebate filed and taken care of which is one of the reasons I selected Smart Charge. Hoping it gets worked out soon so I can update my rating. But, it has been a long slog - working on the rebate since June 2018 and it is now Nov 18 and havent been able to get it filed yet. Frustrating.Update. After sending emails and calling Smart Charge for months - My paperwork is finally done. It took me calling Inspections directly. Not sure in what the truth is - Inspections said they had not heard from Smart Charge, Smart Charge said they called. I have no idea who is telling the truth but I was able to get an appointment after a few calls. Someone came out from Inspections and Smart Charge and I stayed home from work. It was painful and I’m glad it’s over. While Smart Charge was good in the beginning, I probably would not use them again. Sorry Smart Charge. Not your finest hour.
