Very good experience. Submitting photos for an estimate were clear and easy. Quick response and a detailed quote provided. Communicated well regarding appointment time and arrived at the beginning of the appointment window. Did the work in a timely and efficient manner. Cleaned up the work area. Afterwords they provided detailed instructions to receive a rebate from Austin Energy. Wish all my dealings with contractors went so smoothly.

He arrived promptly and thoroughly discussed my project information with me. The same day I received an itemized quote listing all the needed materials for the install and labor cost. It was competative with other quotes. Yet, a little highier. But by less experienced electrician. I had so many questions and concerns about the installation. All my questions were answered. All required information for a permit with my city was completed efficiently by Retiz Electric. The pre-wire, completion for installation and inspection with through without one hiccup! Good honest work at a great price. Ish has done a number of electrical work for me ranging from a few replacement switches up to electrical panels. They are always on time, professional and priced competitively. Highly recommend!!

We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.

John is super friendly and professional at the same time. He does great work and we'll def reach out the next time we need an electrical project.

They have installed 3 lights and 1 fan - on very high ceilings - in my home.You can count on them to follow through, on what they say they will do.They are detailed, prompt and do superior work. The farmhouse fan looked great but was poorly designed and had terrible air flow. Don Gordon, owner and master electrician, does business the right way. They do excellent work and if there's a problem they stand behind it and make it right. Nice to find good people doing great work in this town when everything's moving so fast it would be easy to cut corners. They don't. Highly recommend.
