The tech that came out to survey my project and make a bid was really nice and I would have been happy to go with them. However, the person that sent me the bid and then responded to my emails was rude and never got back to me. I paid $100 for the consult and estimate and then had a question because the bid only included one outlet and I needed two. I was told that the bid was verbatim what the tech had said. I replied that that is fine, and I am happy to pay more for an additional outlet but never heard back. I thought with a $100 fee just to get a bid that I would get better costumer service, but apparently not. :(

We have had these guys out twice. Johnathan, Mindy and Austin asked discussed our issues with us and asked questions to make sure we got the work we needed done. They were very courteous and very tidy. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.
