Best Full Service in Austin TX
We really love Molitor Electric. They have always been very efficient and CLEAN, which I love, because I can't say that about every tradesman who has come into my home. He's also very honest. I had an instance one time where my water heater broke and was under warranty. When I called the water heater company, they sent someone out and told me it was an electrical problem. So, I called Molitor Electric. A technician was sent out right away and it turns out that it was not an electrical problem after all. The technician could have easily charged me for unnecessary repairs but instead showed me that everything was working properly and showed me how to keep the water heater repairman honest when he returned. In fact, this exact situation happened to me again some years later and I was able to show the water heater repairman that it was not an electrical issue when he tried to claim it was.

Our lights have been acting weird flashing on and off. A electrician from Austin Energy said there was corrosion in our meter can. Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.

Seven years into my apartment's occupancy, I still haven't gotten around to having any sort of lighting installed. I contacted a licensed electrician in my area, and he promptly came to replace all of the lighting in my home. His service was prompt, reasonably priced, and left no mess, and I couldn't be more pleased.

It's hard to find contractors that will offer such great quality service at a reasonable price. Thumbs up!

My parents needed some work done on their home, so we called and someone went out to complete the inspection and provide an estimate. We accepted and asked that permits be pulled to begin the work, 8 weeks later and no work has initiated. I have called numerous times to try to figure out the status of permits and only got one reply “yes and still working on it.” No other follow ups , no returned calls , didn’t even have the courtesy to say that the company was too overwhelmed with work to complete the job . Don’t expect professionalism and much less for something be done in a timely manner.

Cameron did an amazing job of replacing a custom flange that had seriously deteriorated. It required custom welding to ensure that the flange, and therefore the toilet, would be secure. The price was reasonable compared to competitors, the service was fast and educational and Abacus has done everything the right way from the start. I will only call Abacus for my future home repairs.

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.

Cory was awesome. Came over to help troubleshoot some flickering LED lights on the ceiling fans that I installed. He went above and beyond in figuring out. Turns out I had installed one slightly incorrectly and that they both also needed some transistors to regulate the electrical current feeding into the light. I would definitely recommend Nealco services for all your electrical needs.
