William did good work for me about 5 years ago, so I called him about trouble with the bathroom heater. He came out to do an estimate but ended up resolving most of the problem (mainly noise) and saying the heater did not need replacing. So honest. No charge. He's a little slow answering email sometimes, but worth the wait.

Mike kept me informed from start to finish. There was a delay due to the placement of a carport post and we resolved it painlessly. I am proud of the work done by Dunman Electric and will gladly call Mike for any future electric services.

Top of the line electrical contractor. Always a measure to see there work for service

I was just getting an estimate for some electrical work but these guys are impressive.Setting the appointment was a little laborious but then the communication and professionalism helped me forget that first part.He listened to everything I was saying, took pictures asked questions if he was unsure and discussed options. Then he went over six levels of service from the best of everything I asked for ratcheting down each option if I wanted to leave things out. Each option had a breakdown of the cost of every item. He also said if I wanted some other option that he hadn't covered to let him know and he'd send that too. He then sat in his truck to create the estimate and emailed it to me before he ever left my view sight.I am still collecting estimates, but they have really set the bar high for the next guys.

FSP Electric is fantastic and reasonable. I got a fan replaced that had some non-standard wiring and couldn't be happier with the job that he did.

To be fair, working with this company up-front was a good experience. My call was answered in a timely manner and I was given a window from 2pm-5pm within about a week for a tech to come out, assess the issue and make the needed repairs. The tech did come the day that was scheduled and I received good updates about that.The communication from the tech about the charges though was very poor. I could not take a call while I was at work, so I asked to have the info emailed to me. What I received was an invoice with very little detail on the costs of goods and labor with a flat $500 charge. I felt I had little choice but to get the work done for my tenants, but after calling around the charge for the work performed was high vs. the competition. I believe I could have had this work done for half of the flat fee charged.This isn't a terrible company, but you may find better luck elsewhere. Buyer beware.
