Best Fire Protection in Austin TX
Would never have paid $170/hr. + $35 trip fee if I knew that the “two-installer deal” was a very slow trainee getting onsite training at my expense, basically. The job was very simple - just reconnect a cable to a meter and strap to foundation. When I saw it required an hour just to connect the cable, I ended the job early. Needed only a drill and screwdriver, but he had tool sets strewn across the yard. When I pointed out the job was a lot simpler than they were making it, the lead would reply, ”we got this, let us do our job,” etc. Called to speak to manager twice and never received a call back.

One outlet was always sparking whenever I plugged something in. I finally decided I needed to call in an electrician. The gentlemen that came out was courteous and did a nice job of checking everything out. My outlet doesn’t spark anymore and now i have peace of mind.
