We have used Molitor for several years and you won't find a better electrician. He has spent a lot of time fixing problems caused by other electricians. With Molitor, I know it will be done right!

Short story - fraudulent and unprofessional.Long story - Genesis electrical did not finish the work they agreed to finish. They demanded payment in full prior to final inspection (we paid 60% after rough inspection). When the job was agreed upon there was no discussion of payment in full prior to final inspection. Further, there was nothing in the estimate regarding paying them in full prior to final inspection. During our argument with them about this, they sent us an altered estimate in which they changed the original estimate to say the the final payment was due prior to final inspection. Hilariously stupid to think we had not saved the original estimate. I am no lawyer, but this probably qualifies as fraud. I will be contacting the attorney general if we have any more problems with this company. I don't care if it cost us 10,000 in legal fees, if we have ANY more problems from this company. I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND GO AFTER THEIR LICENSE. That is how bad it went. We had to find another electrician who would be willing to put their name on the permit. This was a difficult task, because master electricians are reluctant (as they should be) to put their name on someone else's work. Finally, their work did not pass final inspection. Not surprising, considering they so badly wanted to be paid BEFORE final inspection. So we had to pay to get that work fixed.

Wow... could not believe and couldn’t stop thinking about the quote I received today from FSP electric. So much so I needed to write a review. 3 new ceiling fixtures on dimmer switches and a dedicated outlet for a washer... $3,800!!! Unbelievable. I don’t know if they just didn’t want my business so they went over the top or were just being blatantly disrespectful. This is a job I know how to do but, just don’t have the time. Find someone else. Unimaginable ripoff. Not even a call back when I declined to discuss the job.

We've had intermittent breaker tripping in our laundry area, so I didn't want to mess with it. We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.

Very happy! I've used Colvin Electric on several houses, and they've always solved the problem at a reasonable price. Plus, they have a professional appointment system, they're on time, they wear COVID face masks and booties to keep dirt off your floors, etc. I'm sure they can handle any problem big or small.Highly recommend.
