We called Max Electric to help with a buggy electrical issue. The electrician showed up exactly on time, 30 minutes after it was scheduled. It was EXTREMELY bad weather that morning and when I called them, they offered to delay the service call for 30 minutes. That showed me that they are flexible and will work with a client under under unusual circumstances.The electrician surveyed the situation and while in the attic, he did a mental map of the wiring. He then assessed the problem and solved it with SMARTS, not PARTS! He fixed it, not by throwing parts at the problem but by a systematic diagnosis. The mental map of the wiring layout gave him an indication of what to expect inside the house.Repositioning a couple of wires at a wall switch and outlet solved the problem.1) On time.2) Smarts, not Parts!3) Professional, courteous.4) Very efficient use of his time.5) Cost effective.Max Electrical is on my phone for any future needs. Its one of those I home I never need them, but if I do, they are it.

Have used the TruTec team maybe 5 times now. I think that probably speaks for itself. My Dad is a plumber and one thing he instilled in me was not to mess with electricity if I wasn’t 1,000% sure what I was doing - I wanted to find someone I could trust the safety of my family with. Great team, great service. Have referred them to neighbors and will continue going with them for future needs.

I have used Molitor Electric in the past and I am always happy with their work and their professionalism. This time I had them upgrade a bunch of light fixtures, install a gorgeous ceiling fan in my livingroom and best of all Dan installed a new switched outlet so that I could string bulb lights across my new deck, completing the look to my outdoor space. Short story - fraudulent and unprofessional.Long story - Genesis electrical did not finish the work they agreed to finish. They demanded payment in full prior to final inspection (we paid 60% after rough inspection). When the job was agreed upon there was no discussion of payment in full prior to final inspection. Further, there was nothing in the estimate regarding paying them in full prior to final inspection. During our argument with them about this, they sent us an altered estimate in which they changed the original estimate to say the the final payment was due prior to final inspection. Hilariously stupid to think we had not saved the original estimate. I am no lawyer, but this probably qualifies as fraud. I will be contacting the attorney general if we have any more problems with this company. I don't care if it cost us 10,000 in legal fees, if we have ANY more problems from this company. I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND GO AFTER THEIR LICENSE. That is how bad it went. We had to find another electrician who would be willing to put their name on the permit. This was a difficult task, because master electricians are reluctant (as they should be) to put their name on someone else's work. Finally, their work did not pass final inspection. Not surprising, considering they so badly wanted to be paid BEFORE final inspection. So we had to pay to get that work fixed.

I had a ceiling fan drop down. I called FSP electric and they were able to come out the very next morning. Gilbert and Mason arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were thorough, quick, and very polite. The work was fantastic. Gilbert also took the time to walk me through and explain the entire electrical system since the house was built in 1969. This is great information to have for an older house.

Called to replace old wiring. Crew came in explained what they would be doing and why. Really appreciated that they took the time to do so. Finished quicker than expected, very professional.

Three previous electricians came to my home to solve what I considered was a simple issue. Ken was completing a job for my neighbor and agreed (unscheduled) to check my problem while he was in the area. He resolved my issue within hours and completed the job at a reasonable price. We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.
