Called to get a quote on moving some inside wiring due to an HVAC remodel and Megan (who answered the phone) told me that they don't work with other contractors (meaning the HVAC contractor).

Let me first say, this is not for services rendered, but after my incident this morning with the owner, I would never do business with Duhon Electric. While driving through a neighborhood street, cars parked on both sides of the road, I see Duhon Electric's truck coming towards me so I slow down because it was going to be a tight fit with no where to really move over to. Instead of slowing down or moving over, Duhon speeds up and clips my side mirror hitting it into my car. After yelling out my car window, he finally stopped. He was already about to turn off of the street. Our immediate exchange of words were....Me: Are you serious? And you're in a company truck? What are you thinking?Duhon: It's my company, what are you going to do about it?At this point, I decided it was not worth my time, so I drove off with only scratches on my driver side mirror. But as to your question....this review is my response...by letting potential future customers know what kind of person they are hiring.

I won a judgment in small claims against this company. The damages were for work paid for but not completed. Now they aren't paying the judgment either. Buyer beware!

I wouldn't want anyone else to do my lights. These guys are professionals who got the job done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They were even able to tell me how long it would take for my light fixtures to come back because I was planning on replacing them sooner than later...

Had a great experience with AC Electric when dealing with aluminum wiring (we went with the Copalum solution) and replacement of an old electric panel. Their quote was quite a bit lower than the competition (by a few thousand dollars) but that didn't affect the work - their professionalism and work ethic was stellar. Work was performed on-time (only delay was from the city permit for the panel, not under their control). They went above and beyond to fix minor issues not covered in the original scope of work and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks, AC!

Gilbert and his apprentice Mason came today to repair several issues at my house. They are a really great team who installed a bathroom fan / heater, removed a 240v microwave for service, repaired a wiring problem that restored power to bathroom lights and Jacuzzi tub and more. We planned a future call to repair under cabinet kitchen lighting, install a new fan in the kitchen and replace a bathroom fan. Gilbert is a pro a pleasure to work with. The Installers are decent tradesman but their Manager has serious anger issues. Stacey is known for yelling and disrespecting Customers and in-turn rubs off on the Installers creating a hostile work environment. Don't expect customer service or civil treatment from the Management regardless of how big the contract is, there are many other companies that know how to provide customer service, definitely NOT Epic.

The electrician who fixed the fan did a fantastic job. just when expected. Excellent combination of expertise and professionalism. Costs that are within reason. Proficient ability to diagnose problems and fix them. I plan to hire them again in the future.
