Ok - just leaving HEB on way to my car and unbeknownst to me, I dropped my phone (which also had my credit cards/ID).2 men in a Hurley Electric truck honked to get my attention and alerted me I dropped something.When they passed and asked if it was my phone, I shared it also included Credit Cards/ID. I thanked them profusely and they winked and tapped the Hurley Electric logo on the truck door and said. Don’t forget about Hurley next time you are in need.chivalry, professional and Texas warm exuded from them; which only spills over into their quality.Will definitely use them whenever I am in need!!!!!! THANK YOU gentlemen

By all measures these folks excelled! Rarely do I give a 5-star rating, but TES and all the employees I encountered, were knowledgeable, friendly, willing to explain what was needed and why, timely, reasonable charges.

Unfortunately, the person who handles the scheduling (Michelle) is extremely rude. This is not how you get customers!

Would recommend JC Electric to anyone. Super responsive, nicest people and got the job done quickly. Joe went above and beyond to do the job right and provided good ideas on how to resolve hiding security system wiring. Will be using JC Electric again in the future

This company seems very unprofessional. A friend just bought a house and they were hired for a job, they rescheduled twice on her and didn't even show up on time when they did come, I know this because she is my neighbor and co worker so I offered to help her with the new house. Seems like the lady in charge here has been very rude as well as unprofessional, my friend specified the times she was available as this costed time off of work. When she wote a bad review the company blamed her instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes that were made on their part. A simple apology about timing issues probably could have sufficed but instead she was very rude about it, like I said very unprofessional. My husband & I need work done as well but needless to say we will be going with someone else.
