Ok - just leaving HEB on way to my car and unbeknownst to me, I dropped my phone (which also had my credit cards/ID).2 men in a Hurley Electric truck honked to get my attention and alerted me I dropped something.When they passed and asked if it was my phone, I shared it also included Credit Cards/ID. I thanked them profusely and they winked and tapped the Hurley Electric logo on the truck door and said. This company seems very unprofessional. A friend just bought a house and they were hired for a job, they rescheduled twice on her and didn't even show up on time when they did come, I know this because she is my neighbor and co worker so I offered to help her with the new house. Seems like the lady in charge here has been very rude as well as unprofessional, my friend specified the times she was available as this costed time off of work. When she wote a bad review the company blamed her instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes that were made on their part. A simple apology about timing issues probably could have sufficed but instead she was very rude about it, like I said very unprofessional. My husband & I need work done as well but needless to say we will be going with someone else.

The Installers are decent tradesman but their Manager has serious anger issues. Stacey is known for yelling and disrespecting Customers and in-turn rubs off on the Installers creating a hostile work environment. Don't expect customer service or civil treatment from the Management regardless of how big the contract is, there are many other companies that know how to provide customer service, definitely NOT Epic.

These guys are great. Hired them for a pretty difficult outdoor fan installation (20 foot ceiling). They showed up on time with the right equipment to get the job done right. Would definitely recommend Texas Electric...!

Prompt and convenient scheduling was my first experience with Colvin Electric. On the day of service, I was impressed by the notifications 30 minutes beforehand to inform me that the electrician, Hayward, would be arriving soon. They also sent a pic, bio, and link to track his impending arrival. As a dog parent, this tracking information was very valuable. Hayward completed the job efficiently and thoroughly and was extremely easy to work with. Altogether, this was a positive experience, and we plan to use Colvin in the future.

Came out to install an outlet for a customer I'm doing work for. Left a mess everywhere. Sent out another guy to clean up the mess that was as rude as could be. Said we made the mess when it is clearly the concrete dust from them drilling thru a concrete wall to run wire.
