This company got referred via Home Depotin August 2021. Although the pricing was substantial (>20%) over other vendors we contracted them because we wanted the highest level of quality for a water heater installation in the attic (understandable). The initial intake was done professional, although it was quite strange that the sales quality assurance survey was done trough the salesman not independant. The work itself was started and finished on time, but the workers didnt care to wear overboots which ended up ruining our fresh painted floors in the bathroom - see footprints on the picture. There was no mention beforehand to which rooms they need access to. ARS also scheduled the state inspection which did not pass and I am waiting to this day to get this resolved with them. A conversation with their quality department ended up in an accusation towards us thet we wanted to get something out of them like anyone else - I asked for them to come out and clean the floors This is frustrating as we are left with runied floors and a water heater that is still not up to code, 6 months later. Please do not use this company, you will definitely overpaying for quality you will not receive.
