Installation was done but it took almost 4 hours. I did not receive an itemized list of the installation steps. I did not receive the account number for the installation. I did not receive the information about any guarantee. Installer said it would take only 45 minutes. Installer had issues with putting together the toilet. The Home Depot website suggested that the installation would be $99. It was $400. I'm still in shock.
