I had an awesome experience the technician called me periodically throughout my appointment window to keep me updated on his arrival, I believe it was Eric Desmond but I notice you all have to Eric I want to be sure the correct Eric gets credit he was a young African-American gentleman who mentioned living in the Saint Augustine area. Eric was super professional very kind, energetic, polite, and extremely helpful. He did not try to sell me repairs I did not need he listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained every aspect of the problem he was there to evaluate, he had a very upbeat and personable attitude and I really appreciated that. He was also very respectful and again very professional yet personable, we have always used Snyder for all of our AC needs about two years ago we bought a brand new unit for our rental property and the technicians then were great and the finance team and finance terms were super flexible allowing us to pay off our system in terms that were convenient to us. Overall I would highly recommend Snyder AC to anyone, and I would tell them to ask for Eric he is the epitome me of customer service. Thanks Eric

absolutely fantastic experience. I called Tuesday after the original company who we'd contracted with backed out because he forgot he was double booked. ugh. I needed a pavilion roof lifted up and installed on or before Saturday. they were able to schedule me for Friday afternoon. They called to confirm the time the day before. the men who arrived (on time) were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and really knew what they were were doing. they were very nice also. price was very reasonable also. we will definitely call them again. I'm very happy with this service and this company.
