Best Water Treatment Services in Jacksonville FL

Not enjoying my experience with this business so far. I had two men come out last week and look around my house for two hours, just to be able to tell me they have a good idea of what the problem is, but they need a tool that is back at the office and someone will reach out to me Monday to come out and finish the repairs. After no word on Monday and the majority of Tuesday I called shortly before 4 on Tuesday and was told by their answering service the office was closed, despite their website and Google page stating they are open until 5. I was told my message would be passed along and I'd receive a call today. I waited until 3 and again got no call. I called and once more got the answering service, who told me the office closes at 3. So far I have paid $300 to be told they think they know what the problem is and have had more conversations with their answering service than the actual company.

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was able to get an appointment. The technicians (Sam & one other) were prompt, courteous, and worked quickly. They installed a dedicated wall plug for the freezer in my garage. I feel I received good value for my money and will definitely call them again if I have the need!
