Called this morning to get help as my upstairs AC condensate drain was found broken INSIDE my wall where it makes the exit outside. Condensate draining inside a wall is a major mold risk. Samuel showed up same day, fixed the problem, and we’re back in business. I usually do business with Donovan anyway, but this is a good example of why I’m happy with them. The Snyder Man is truly a Super Hero. My A/C had been out for 2 months. My Home warranty company had sent two separate A/C service providers, neither one fixed the problem correctly. As matter of fact ended up damaging my system. So I took it upon myself to call the experts. Immediately after opening my air handler unit the tech was able to identify the problem and fix what they had messed up in a timely manner. Very satisfied with Snyder. If you have a Trane System, don't waste your time with service tech that are not trained on their system. Thanks Snyder Man Landon Strike.

They say they don't have a client record to hide this review. Nonsense! Look elsewhere for your handyman needs! They were supposed to be here between 9-10 AM and by 2PM - no one had showed up. The company representative lied to us over and over again about why they weren't here so we just cancelled. The company then lied again about issuing us a refund for our deposit, which we STILL don't have. Terrible! Dishonest! Shameful!
