Then he does it quickly, completely with explanation as he does. Also, gives advice in areas where more or different is needed to be done by someone else. (Not to replace a few tile when there are many more thar will eventually break if not repaired correctly. He knows what, how. And why. He's a real handyman. I'm keeping his number!!! ?
