The work that I got done was quick and professional, my complaint is, the technician had ran a new wire from the fuse box to the water heater and added a secondary box plus so other work . Thinking everything was good I didnt pay any attention to it because I had plumbing issues one resolved focus on the water tank and its not getting hot, use my multimeter and seen it was getting power I spent all this extra money on a water heater thermostat and heating elements, to find out it was the new 10/2 wire ran had a lump in it up in the Attic I know I voided my warranty when I cut it open to see and it was broke lead wire for the water heater,and pulled the wire out .this is not a bad mouth review just an experience I had. Everything seems to be working now after I ran a new wire myself.. I would use them in the future again if need be.

Late Friday evening we discovered our upstairs unit was blowing hot air. On a whim we called the company and within minutes literally they had someone on the way. It was a quick fix and very reasonable considering it was after hours. Awesome company!!

I have used Donovan for years and years. They installed my first Ac in my very first house, my second house and replaced duct work and 6-ish years ago in my current house and replaced old duct work too. They maintain both units inside and out every 6 months and send me reminders which is extremely helpful. Today my, they made a repair, and everything is working fine again. They are professional, on time and always friendly.

OMG! Snyder's Technicians came out Monday, 8/29/2022. My unit was totally destroyed by a tree falling on it. The two Technicians had to remove the destroyed one and replaced it with a new one. They had it up and running that afternoon! Great job Guys! Thank you sooo much! Cool now!

I had the most pleasant experience with Strada and it breaks my heart to read the bad reviews that I have seen on here. I had two techs come out to my new house and both of them were phenomenal!
