This was the best customer service I've ever recieved. He was punctual, caring, understanding and really paid attention to the details I wanted done with the installation of my ceiling lights and adding new switches. Mr. Thayer was the first & only electrician to respond to my Angis List request. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone & when he came to look at the job it was less work than expected. He could have easily charged me full price but told me of the situation & didn’t charge for coming out to see the project. On the day of, the work was finished efficiently & Quickly. Would recommend any time.

Late Friday evening we discovered our upstairs unit was blowing hot air. On a whim we called the company and within minutes literally they had someone on the way. It was a quick fix and very reasonable considering it was after hours. Awesome company!!

A Schuman Electric was the company that rewired my whole house. At first this company was good about following up with work, but now I’ve called them and they won’t respond back with any information regarding the last bit of remaining work. Still waiting to here back from them to run the existing wiring they left in my attic (somewhere, and good luck finding it buried under the insulation) out to my patio and install fans.
Also on a side note while installing all of my outlets workers literally poked holes in the brand new and painted drywall for some unknown reason... the wires they needed were all prefeed into the electrical boxes. I had to have drywall guys and painters come back to my home and repair all of those areas. Not to mention I also had to have ceiling repairs done because they installed a light in the wrong location that would allow for the attachment of a recessed light. I also had to have brick masons come out and repair brick mortar because they drilled through it to run electrical outside and ran two exterior outlets within three feet of one another. The list can continue but what I really want is for the work to be finished and done in a correct and professional manor. Please feel free to schedule to come back out to the house anytime that’s convenient to you Mr. John Schuman, because obviously it’s not about what’s good for the customer.

This company is not professional and doesn't know how to get things done on a time frame .... waste of time and money spend it else where

My power was shut off by JEA after Matthew with no notice. So I needed a electrician to reconnect. So these guysShowed up to my house did absolutely zero work were there maybe 10 min and said they would have write me a estimate this was a sat. So Sunday no power and then Monday I call back for estimate.... Nada.... Will get back to you, so no power for 2 days still waiting, I call another electrician to come out 2 hrs later my power is on back in service. So did B&G ever call me back? Yea 4 days later with estimate 5 times what the other guy charged. Oh and to top they want to charge 300$ for shinning a flash light the night they showed up.

COMPLETE SCUMBAGS.

Definitely not a recommended hire for your neighborhood Christmas light display.

I've had these guys come out and do 3 different electrical jobs at my small business and they have done a great job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.
