We had a unique situation arise when Joe Schmo replaced our electrical panel recently. After the technician completed the work, the proper protocols were followed to have the city inspect the job and let the power company know to restore power. Well, somehow the power company managed to “misplace” the city inspectors approval and refused to turn our power back on. It was now after business hours, with temps in the 20’s (no heat), and two babies at home. Rachelle at the Joe Schmo office spent over an hour on the phone with the power company (well after hours!!) until she got a supervisor to finally authorize restoring our power. I was completely blown away by the way Joe Schmo stood by this job (past completion) even though they were in no way at fault for this incident. Not to mention the panel replacement was affordable, done well (+everything is labeled perfectly, yes!!), and the technicians were extremely professional and courteous. I recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work done & will certainly be using them again in the future.

Billy came out and installed an exterior outlet for our lights, man did an amazing job. Second time I've used David electric and second time they have been perfect. Price was great service was fast and quality. Highly recommend.

My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. I highly recommend RU Electrical Service, Inc and I will continue to be a long-time customer.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could. We called for an ESTIMATE, when the electrician showed up, he began work on my fuse box. He was not authorized to do any repairs, and I quickly stopped him. He informed me that I would be charged by the hour since he was already there. I would have expected for an ESTIMATE that someone would have informed me PRIOR to the service person arriving that there was a charge, or that there wasn't a way to get an estimate of services. I spoke to a manager after receiving a bill, and was very rudely told fine, don't pay it, before he hung up on me. Fast forward 60 days, and I am getting a collection notice for lack of payment. VERY unprofessional, not to mention expensive company!

Scheduled with them to come by to give me an estimate for a basement electrical rough-in. They said they would be able to come by between 9-10am the next day. I took the day off work to meet with them and they were a no show.

The Sloan team installed outdoor lighting and security cameras for my home. I could not thank them enough for there work! They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and were very reasonable in pricing! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you for all you did!

So I have had the pleasure of working with Apple for the last year now (off an on) I must say that Darrell and Andrew are fantastic and very very good at their jobs. All the employees that I have met and worked with are good but these two stand out by far. Great professional company with great customer service!

Verbally received an appointment set time but no one called and or showed up. I have not heard anything. This is not how I do business; especially, with a first time customer. I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone. I should have read the reviews before reaching out to them but I was referred by someone which they had poor experience too.
