Mr. Darwin Bird and his staff at RU Electrical Service, Inc. provide excellent quality electrical work to their customers. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have always found them to be immediately responsive to my needs. Their communication with me has been superb. Recently I experienced an electrical outage at my home. My local power company was unable to diagnose the problem. I contacted RU Electrical Service, Inc at approximately 6:00 pm to schedule emergency service. Mr. Bird answered my telephone call personally and came to my home immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the problem to me and then called the power company to advise them. In spite of further service needed by the power company, he continued to work diligently to restore power to my home. Obviously, I was completely satisfied with the emergency electrical service and quick response time provided by Mr. Bird. I highly recommend RU Electrical Service, Inc and I will continue to be a long-time customer.

Our experience with Armstead Electric was super great! We needed our breakers updated and new wires and outlets put in for our future garbage disposal. Antwon came out immediately for a free estimate and listened to all my electrical concerns with our new house ! He had to pull our dishwasher out and even fixed the wire on it for no extra charge. He was very helpful and even educated my husband on how to do things for our outlets instead of trying to upsell me for more work! We appriciated that. He worked around our schedule and was super fast, efficient, and friendly! I will definitely use this company for all of my future electrical needs and recommend to others.

I was told an electrician would be at my house between 9-10 am on a Saturday morning. I received a text from the electrician that said “I should be there around 1-2.” Not dependable. I would not recommend.

I am extremely disgusted and angered by the lack of professionalism and lack of response from this company. Your company did the wiring for homes on the southside of Indianapolis. My sunroom has been completely without power for a little over 1 week. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, February 21st, a day I had off from work. The receptionist/office manager scheduled me for the time period of 1 to 4. I waited and called at 3pm to verify that someone was still coming out. I was told that some would be here within the hour. Well, as I write this, it is 6:24pm and no one has called or shown up. I've wasted 1/2 a day waiting and missed several opportunities to do things as well as have another company come out to assist. No one, NO ONE, had the descent courtesy to even call to notify me of any changes, etc... I will be sure to not recommend this company to anyone and will report this incident to the BBB.

I can't express enough how angry and disappointed I am that no one even bothered to call or notify me of any changes. I understand that things happen, but to just be brushed off completely? Not acceptable! This was 100% unprofessional and flat out rude!
