Called Joe Schmo on an electric issue. Came right out corrected the problem. Took time to explain what the issue was ,what charge would be and fixed the problem .Very friendly and knowledgeable . Would differently hire them again .

One thing I will note is the communication around the job needed being a seemingly uncomplicated installation (outlet within 5 feet of the breaker) of an outdoor weather-resistant outlet + covering. Be sure to seek clarification about the details regarding pricing and scope of work requested, even though free on-site estimates are not provided. Requested payment for service was paid in full but we had a big misunderstanding of the breakdown of the price. Time & Material under $1000 is the best avenue and the company recommendation. So do not agree on a set quote as it made the process complicated, especially requesting an itemized breakdown of the work/pricing (without any on-site estimate). Moral of the story: Quote did not align with Time and Material completed, then had been informed it was a price match after the fact.

I've used King Electric both at home and at work! John upgraded my home service and ran wiring out to my hot tub. At work, he made a repair when I was expecting to replace. Saved me some money! I refer him all the time now.
