Amazing experience! I was able to schedule an appointment within the same week of calling. The electrician that came out was on time, super professional and friendly. He walked me through what he was going to look at and talked about the potential fixes needed. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated him explaining the the issues we had on our bathroom exhaust/switch set up. Will definitely return as a customer and would recommend!

Requested an estimate May 4, 2018. Met with Brett May 11, 2018 to review the work needed & was told it would be mid-June. I called back June 13th & was told to call back June 20th to schedule work. I called June 21st & was told his company was too busy to handle the project. I have lost a whole month on this project. A true professional would have admitted to being too small to handle a job when he saw what the job was on May 11.

I originally gave sdf 5* because of their great communication. That communication came to a quick end after I paid for 3 things to be done and only 2 were. I texted him 3 separate times being told I would be contacted on Sunday to schedule it.

If you do hire them, absolutely do not pay before you're 100% satisfied because you'll never see them again.
