Sam Farrar and SDF Electric was professional, knowledgeable, communicated when and how he was going to Replace the panel in my elderly Mother’s home. Additionally, when I reached out regarding another issue at my Mom’s house he quickly came out, gave two options, explained both and I am having him do the work as we speak. I find Sam Farrar and SDF Electric to be kind, honest, dependable and trust their expertise..

I've had three major installations done with by Branch:
* Installed my 220v hot tub electrical outlet and ensured everything was installed to building codes.
* We had our whole basement wired, branch found it would be best to install an auxilary panel, so that the install was perfectly professional. It consisted of an entire Inlaw's quarters (kitchen, bath, laundry room, living room, and bedroom). We even had another hot tub outlet put in!
* I also had our 220v electrical car charging station installed by Branch. It works perfectly, and I use it daily.

Th installs were fast and there was no mess left. I also found Noah, our installer, to be knowledgeable and a real people person. Looking for solutions, and not just to make money.

I was amazed by the service provided by Gaylor Electric in Ohio. Their certified team installed complete lighting and control systems in my factory last year. They also had 24/7 rapid response support and offered 3D BIM technology for digital modeling. Great experience.

We were having some issues with the low voltage wiring connecting my doorbell , power was getting to my chime, but not to my nest outside. Josh showed up on time and jumped right in. He was able to narrow the problem down to a wire that was being pinched by my storm door. I opted to do the work myself when I had more time to remove the door frame and there was absolutely zero resistance. Extremely friendly, very professional and zero pressure to have them do that work. Absolutely without a doubt will use them in the future for any electrical needs. Thanks Josh!

Professional team

I didn't hire them but the realtor of the seller of the house that we bought hire them to fix some electrical that was found faulty on the home inspection prior to the sale of the house. I knew something was wrong when we got the invoice and it had a whole bunch of things listed on it but it was inaccurate to what was supposed to be done. I attempted to call them to inquire about the work they did and just generally ask them what they encountered when they were working, you cannot talk to them directly on the phone they will only talk to you in text message which I find very unprofessional and frustrating. The person I texted with had no idea what they did with the house and when I ask them to politely write up a statement and email it to me they refused and then they ghosted me. We had the house re-inspected a day prior to closing and none of the electrical was fixed. in the end the seller had to fork over additional $500 to us so we could the electrical fixed.

@Bard Bade, I had my own electrician go back not only did we find that the work done by the electricians was substandard but also extremely dangerous and not up to code. The outlets were not properly installed nor were they functional, several outlets were found to be defective and had to be completely removed and thrown away and real new ones installed. the ceiling fan in the master bedroom and that they were supposed to fix not only did they not fully screw it back into the ceiling upon working on it myself the ceiling fan came out of the ceiling because the screws to it were missing from the electrician fiddling with it nor was that fixed either. The heating and air conditioning guy that you hired is a criminal and is not licensed. I hire another HVAC professional who found several problems with the furnace and was able to test the AC in the winter. The plumber that you hired did not fix the toilets, he replaced the toilet valves with old valves from obviously another toilet they did not fit properly nor did he replace any flappers in the toilets and all the toilets are running in the house when we moved in. If you what proof I have a stack of it and I can provide you with affidavits from actual licensed professionals.

Same as one of the other comments... Bill came out to mu office, looked at what was broken, took down contact information and said he would provide an estimate via email. He never responded!!!!!!

Kinder Electric did an excellent job adding electric to a new entry and laundry room as well as completing the electric for our kitchen remodel. I will definitely use them again!
