They performed a service without the owner's authorization and their charge was too high. We will never use this company again.

Excellent Service from the time I went online at 9:00 pm requesting ASAP service the following morning. West Houston Electric Returned my call at 9:20 pm and told me they would have a truck at my house 8:00 am. Drew P. arrived early and went to work immediately and resolved the matter before my 10:00 am inspection. I had previously hired a local electrician a week before the inspection to complete items that had to be fixed, only to learn they still hadn't been out to fix anything. West Houston Electric saved the day for me.

Try to leave without finishing the job! I asked for a receipt and refused to give me one I’m still waiting! Would not trust at all!

T&Z All Handyman Services was dispatched to our home by our property management company yesterday morning. What an excellent, kind, attentive service tech we received! He listened to the issues we described having and stayed and worked hard until they were ALL resolved. The other vendors we've had to deal with in the past in no way compare to T&Z. He also gave some handy advice about an issue we had outside of the main scope of our problem. Both my husband and I were impressed once he left and talked about how attentive he was and using them again in the future.
