Jose came on time. He was extremely professional and understanding. I had recently purchase a washer and dryer. But the dryer was not working. The people who dropped off the set recommend me contact an electrician to come out. Jose explained to me what the issue was and gave me a handful of options on how to proceed. He was not pushy about the most expensive option. But I just wanted to get the dryer up and running. And that is exactly what he did. He ended up replacing the 4 prong outlet to a 3 prong outlet. I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !
