Great plumbing service from abacus. Had a bad garbage disposal and they came and replaced the next day. Clean and meticulous installation. Rogelio Ramos was the plumber and was awesome!!!

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

I have used T&Z services already few times. They have always responded to my calls and my problems with in timely manner. Great service, liable professionals. love it.....If you have any questions, they are always there to answer.
