In the 30 years I have lived in this house, I have witnessed the work of many electricians. Most were bad and some were just OK. But Paul Richard Electric in my opinion set the gold standard for professionalism and competence in caring for my property. Electrical problems were diagnosed efficiently and accurately the first time. The prices were very fair, and the service was very courteous and timely. I spoke with Paul a number of times on the phone and he was unfailingly polite and attentive to my needs. He sent Damian, a totally professional and incredibly responsible and efficient young man to do the many electrical tasks that needed a professional's attention. I have never met Paul Richard in person, and I am in no way related or affiliated to anyone in his employ. I simply did my homework online and called for service. This, in my opinion, is a company that deserves many more opportunities to grow and serve our community.

NCE Electrical & Construction is unprofessional and untrustworthy.I paid the owner, David Nguyen (also known as Matthew David Nguyen) to perform work on my house and nothing was done. As soon as I asked for my money back, Mr. Nguyen began to ignore my attempts to contact him. I would call his number, send him text messages, or send an e-mail and he would not make an attempt to contact me for almost a year's time. He made multiple claims that he would return my money, but did not show up at our agreed public meeting place or meeting time on multiple occasions. Mr. Nguyen returned parts of my money, but only in the form of cashier's checks and he did not follow the payment schedule we agreed to.I then began to pursue legal action against NCE Electrical & Construction and Mr. Nguyen, and only then would I be contacted. However, Mr. Nguyen continued to be uncooperative. Mr. Nguyen did not provide the information I requested for the legal case, and did not wish to speak to my legal counsel. I have been pursuing legal action for almost three and a half years now due to delays caused by Mr. Nguyen's last minute submissions to the case.The way that Mr. Nguyen of NCE Electrical & Construction behaved in the sign of trouble should indicate the type of business that is being run. I do not recommend anyone to use the services of Mr. Nguyen and his company.
