My parents A/C went out on July 4th the only company that could get there quickly on that HOT day was John Moore. Two months later, it went out again. My dad called first thing in the morning within 2 hours they worked my parents in & restored the unit. My dad was very pleased with the service & hopes they are resolved the problem completely! What my dad likes most about John Moore is that they are prompt and offer a lot of services since John Moore is a large company.Updated 9/25/2022After John Moore came and fixed the A/C, the next day it went out again. John Moore promptly sent 2 men out and they found the problem, THE ELECTRICAL BOX needed to be replaced ! Since John Moore is a large company, they had an electrician to send. Every step of the way, Felipe explain & showed my dad the trouble. Felipe battled wasps. He worked hard & went above and beyond to explain to my dad the problem. My father was very impressed with Felipe’s manners, kindness & work. Thank you Felipe!!
