Max and his team are complete professionals and go above and beyond. We recently bought an older home and I had Max and his team perform some work soon after we closed. The house has a pool and the day before we were leaving to go to Colorado for a week, we noticed the motor for the pool wasn't getting any power. Since we were flying, we really didn't have an option but to go to CO. To top things off, we were leaving on July 3rd. I called Max and even though his team was off celebrating the Fourth of July weekend, Max personally came to my house to fix the problem on that actual 4th of July. He could've easily said no or it will have to wait, but he answered his phone and was happy to help. It might not seem like a big deal, but when a pool motor has no power, meaningful damage can occur to the pool.
