Best Furnace Replacement in Houston TX

I needed them to come back to finish fixing a leak in my toliet. I was in a text thread with the dispatcher and technician. The technician randomly jumped into the conversation and accused me of lying (for literally no reason - it was weird).I typically don’t report / complain about bad work, but now that the technician crossed the line I’ll give a blunt review of their work:Extremely rude, lazy, and didn’t try to figure out what the problem was and just recommended to replace the whole toliet. I just had another company check it out, and they said all I had to do was replace a small part because there was a crack in it. Would’ve costed me $1,000+ if I just listened to the tech and replaced the entire toilet. Instead, it costed me ~$150.Extremely disappointed and would never recommend turbo to anyone.

Brandon was fantastic. I had multiple plumbers tell me that my blocked kitchen drain lines could not be hydro jetted, but he got in there and did it. He worked fast and there was almost no clean up for me to do after. He was professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Brandon!
