I was able to get them and their crew to come do a bunch of different jobs at my property within a reasonable amount of time from my call. They do the job right and to code, which is what you want. No funny business here!

I have been working in the low voltage industry for over 21 years. Once in a great while you come upon a contractor that not only meets your needs but goes WAY above and beyond your needs. Melton Electric is top notch! There's not enough words to describe them but I'll try - professional, thorough, personable, timely, dedicated. You'll be hard pressed to find a contractor (and a team of people) better than Melton Electric. Roman Randall (and all the people at Melton) always gives 110% to get the job done. We paid them to fix our sign and it never worked. They are not good. I called and called but they never addressed the issue. When I was booking the appointment they returned my calls quickly. I'm very disappointed with their service.

This guy is a jerk. While driving home this truck is tailgating me. I pulled over to let him pass. I honked at him to let him how rude he was being. He pulls next to me and tells me I'm driving to slow. I was going the legal speed limit. Begins pounding on the side of his truck. To show me how the name of the company he supposed to own. Totally unprofessional behavior. I will never do business with you or your company. My advice is to stay away from person.

First off, I'm a homeowner and a small business owner who reached out to this company for quite a bit of electrical work that was needed due to the flooding associated with Hurricane Harvey. We are talking about $10K of work. I contacted them because they had worked on two of my neighbors homes so I thought they should be given a shot at the work. After more than (2) phone calls and (2) emails that did not result in one call back or scheduled appointment I decided to move on. Why on earth would I ever consider a company with customer service that is this bad. Granted, they are probably really busy, but a phone call or an email response stating that would have been the professional way to handle it.

This company is exceptional! They are polite, professional, honest and do excellent work. I was extremely impressed. It is very difficult to find a business that operates with integrity. Lutz Electrical Contracting does just that. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. I almost never leave reviews, but I felt, after my experience with them, that I must. I want other people to know that there is an electrical contracting company out there that treats their customers respectfully, fairly as well as provides a highly skilled service.
