We used Illuminations for the first time a little over two years ago. Illuminations and their crew is FLAWLESS and HEADACHE FREE!! Their quality is EXCELLENT! They delivered everything ON TIME and AS PROMISED sticking with their estimate. Honestly, they exceeded our expectations. We've done several projects in our home (outdoor kitchen, adding an upper deck, etc.) and it's always comes with some anxiety hoping you choose the right service provider. We've had our share of headaches for sure. Illuminations was THE BEST crew we've dealt with. They did all of our landscape lighting front and back and our outdoor kitchen. We have a large yard with a lot of challenging areas and very tall trees, including palms.They had to dig some trenches in our yard for outdoor lighting, and used a crew from Head to Head irrigation. My husband still talks about how carefully the trenches were dug and how we couldn't even tell they were dug at all when they finished. We now use Head to Head Irrigation exclusively for our sprinkler system and any irrigation needs. Great people know great people!Rest assured these guys are trustworthy and provide high quality work. I'm writing this today because we are starting new projects and in looking back, I realized that even after two years of weathering and heavy use, we have had NO PROBLEMS at all with our outdoor lighting. It's still perfect! You can stop looking and just call them. Thanks Illuminations!!

Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt. I called T&Z for an investment property that needed minor repairs and electrical work. They did an excellent job and even offered an alternative way to repair a door to save me from having to buy a new door. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

They leave before their scheduled time. I was sent to leave my shirts they gave me since I was a temp and no body answered the door and it was before their scheduled clock out time. Great guys in the field but horrible office employees.

Very professional and exceptional work. We remodeled the entire downstairs and had every light replaced. Chris and his team were awesome.

Sigma has provided services for the business I work for before. Dave was a great technician. The owner, Thomas, however, is another story. For some reason, the admin at the time, misplaced an invoice ($100-something) and it went unpaid for 2 years. Sigma and Thomas never reached out to us for payment so imagine our surprise when we made another service call. Thomas chewed out our new admin (who wasn't even employed at the time of the last service call) and decided he needed to pre-invoice us. That's fine. The technician came out for 10 minutes and we were billed for an hour and a half. We called back to see if we'd be receiving an updated invoice and Thomas informs us of his time minimum. We agree to pay the invoice and Thomas replies, Well if you look at the first invoice that ya'll didn't pay for 2 years... Why the hostility? We already apologized for the missed invoice and agreed to pay the minimum on the new invoice. It wasn't like we were always delinquent. It was ONE invoice out of how many times we've made service calls with Sigma? Why didn't your accounting department call us to reconcile the invoice in the last 2 years?
