Having observed TWD during their painting operation of the Sun City Grand Administration buildings, I requested a bid from them to repair and paint the exterior of a local church sanctuary building including several other amenities on the premises. They not only were they low bid but were available to meet our schedule and work around the church services. They cleaned up the premises daily before leaving at the end of their work day. The daily workers and superintendent were very professional and were eager to provide extra touch up work in order to try and blend in areas of poor stucco work previously done by others. this was done at no extra cost.
