Best Vinyl Plank Flooring in Phoenix AZ

We hired Mike Abbate and his crew for a major home improvement: 2 bathrooms, tile floor throughout home, tile walked kitchen, knock down walls and ceilings, enlarged kitchen window and more. The beautiful work was completed on-time. We can’t thank him and his crew enough for his talent, creativity and his professionalism!

We reached out to this Rise Above by referral, and they came out to our home, measured, and spent a lot of time understanding our needs, which are all rather basic: media wall, small guest bath remodel, and tile flooring. We kept getting promises of we'll gt back to you in a few days over and over, and then after a month, Colton claims, I am in NY till next Tuesday. I was getting double checked on what I want to put together for your wall... as soon as I get my double check approx, I will let you know.. Another week goes by w/ nothing, then Colton promised that they will shoot you the numbers by Friday. Fri came and went, and after another week, Colton emails,... we are going to pass on your home project. A lot of the changes you are asking for are just not our specialty...

What??! They said onsite in our home that this is exactly what they specialize in, and it is all very basic.

Update: Spoke w/ Bret who noted there may have been an attitude issue (Colton's??) and would personally come out to our home to review, and confirm who is blowing smoke. That was days ago, and Bret has failed to contact us as he promised.

We're very frustrated ...Rise Above wasted a lot of our time, and now we have to start all over. Don't waste your time w/ Rise Above.

Anthony of Trinity Remodeling and Home Center did a fantastic job designing and installing our dream kitchen. His prices beat the other vendors and Big Box Stores. The quality of the kitchen & laundry room cabinets were excellent. The installation crew did a quick and professional job. They were courteous and left a clean job. We absolutely love the “new” kitchen layout. We loved the job Anthony did so much we came back and had our three bathrooms remodeled by him.

Alan did an incredible job installing tile floors through the entire downstairs to my house. The floor looks amazing and I am very pleased with their work. I was so relieved to find out about Johan when I needed major fixing of my flooring (other company told me I was on my own when it turned out that concrete in my condo was not level to what they wanted for laying new flooring). Johan had previously done repair work of my mother’s flooring in her home as well, and we cannot say enough about how valuable he was to us! He does impeccably high quality work, is so nice to work with, is honest and ethical with his advice, and is so reasonable and fair with the cost! He was also very accommodating, and willing to come out to do the work on such short notice. So grateful for Johan and his company!
