Best Value Engineering in Phoenix AZ
After extensive research and meeting with different remodeling companies we decided to go forward with Luxury Remodels. Jerzy and Ron listened to my project ideas and executed them to the highest of standards. I met with Steve, our project manager, shortly after and discussed my vision for our complete home renovation project. After my first meeting with Steve, I felt reassured that choosing Luxury team was a great decision! Steve is utterly a perfectionist, as am I. He paid attention to finest of details and would not allow anything less from either his team or his subcontractors. I am thankful for the design team and all the help they contributed. My ideas were just the beginning and they helped to perfect them! We chose to stay in our home through the renovation process. Steve and his team couldn’t have done any better making us feel as comfortable as possible and allowing life to continue as usual. Luxury Remodels went above and beyond to make sure we were happy from the beginning to the end. We can now say, “We love our home!” Our home is absolutely gorgeous and we are thrilled with the results!!!
Thank you Luxury Remodels. We will definitely use them again for any future projects and highly recommend them for your remodeling needs!

(Translated by Google) Very poor quality because they do not take care of doing their job well, very poor management, the price does not correspond to the lousy job they do, they are not professionals or their own workers, they mistreat them, humiliate them, they are racists, they do not look for solutions to the problems, they do not look for the things that unite, if not those that disunite, I do not recommend it to anyone, the main problem lies in the direction of the Company with partner Keith, who does not meet the requirements to direct, being arrogant, Resist and unprofessional with the client and their workers. This partner is a Dictator. Full disclosure: I worked at Form Third from 2014 until 2020 on the administrative side (office manager), but I wanted to leave a quick review to share what I saw when I worked there.
First off, architecture and construction are complicated businesses and many firms just fly by the seat of their pants, letting the project run itself. The leaders at Form Third are particularly adamant about following project management processes that encourage documentation, accurate scheduling, and quality control. I watched Form Third grow from about 4 employees to over 15 employees, and in that time, the team always worked to improve their processes and ensure they did things the right way.
The leaders at Form Third encourage a culture of transparency and communication. They do not want to participate in the whole business of underbidding a job only to change order the owner to death later on. When they quote a job, they are fair with their prices, and when they design or build, they believe in providing a quality project because they take pride in their work. They have good relationships with their subcontractors, and their superintendents encourage the right behavior on jobs sites, focused on safety, respect, and professionalism. They treat their employees well with competitive compensation and an inclusive, respectful (and sometimes fun) work environment.
Are they perfect? No, but nobody is. Ultimately, they are fair and honest, and if they make a mistake with a client, subcontractor, or employee, they try hard to make it right.
