A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. Had called Outside living to get a quote for a complete backyard remodel. They came out but failed to deliver an estimate later. Poor communications and lack of ownership even with several follow up emails, texts and calls.

Johan did outstanding work at our home, replacing the bathroom with a new and beautiful shower and did an impeccable job putting in new tile throughout the rest of our residence.
