I’ve watched this place grow from a small yard with just a few products to a diverse, creative business. Even when I’m not going to buy stuff, I love looking at the old products they have and trying to imagine where they came from, or browsing the showroom with finished items waiting for pickup and the old log cabin. B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.
