Millennium Commercial was able to get our heated floors working properly using the temperature outside without overheating our rooms. A problem we have used several technicians to solve. Thanks to Mark, we now get the comfort we paid for. I will never use one of the mainstream companies again. I wish we would have used them from the start.

We are all quick to complain about bad service especially when it is 110 degrees and your air conditioning unit is out. My husband and I are in our 70's and my husband is a 100% disabled Vet who has poor health. So having our air conditioning go out was a serious health issue. B3 went above and beyond to help us get our unit up and running. The issue was the Compressor and they found one and installed it in the dark to make sure we had air. We had another issues which turned out to be a bad Circuit breaker - again the owner was installing a new breaker and actually went to Lowes to purchase one at his own cost. What could have been a life threatening situation turned into a very positive situation thanks to B3. Thanks Katy and Keith for going above an beyond to help us resolve our issues last week.
