Neil's crew worked on my investment property in Scottsdale. They did fantastic work and I highly recommend them!!!

They had to take down walls and put up new ones. They also did new flooring.

Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

Scott knew where we were located and we spent a lot of time with him outlining the various projects that were desired. The total project cost would be well into 400k. He promised a timely review and estimate. We asked several times for an update. Finally his only response was via a text saying the project was not a good fit for them. I even left a VM asking for courtesy call to explain and never called back.

Project Construction is an amazing company! Robert took the time to understand my renovation goals and my budget before we started the project. His team was always responsive to my needs and the project was completed on time.

We shopped around for different cabinet builders and decided to go with New Age Cabinet Coatings for our custom media center built in due to their reasonable price and good reviews. We were not disappointed! Victor, Jonathan and Luis were so professional and friendly. They really delivered on everything we asked for. They paid attention to every last detail and the final product exceeded our expectations! The craftsmanship is unbelievable. They used high quality materials and paint. They didn't leave any construction debris after they were done and overall it was a great experience working with them. We are so happy with the way it turned out and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to get quality work done. The warranty they offer is the icing on the cake. Ray Ouellette was a referral from the realtor I hired to sell a house in poor condition. It needed a lot of remodeling to be presentable and ready for sale. Ray and Tatum diligently prepared a scope of work and a budget, got all the work done promptly, and within the budget. They did some odds and ends I had overlooked without charging extra. The work was done beautifully. I did not have to give them a punch list because everything was done right the first time. I am in the commercial development business, for almost 40 years. These guys are as good as it gets. I would not hesitate to refer them.

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
